Great time!

Well, our first Acadia Craft Show is over and we had a great time. Sunday was very steady and I enjoyed hearing all about everyone's pets! I can't believe how many people own Bernese Mountain dogs. Majestic and beautiful but so BIG! I'll stick with my two Bostons! Thank you so much to Gail for coming and helping out today - you were awesome. And, to Nicole for making such a generous offer to get us whatever we needed in terms of coffee and much munchies! I also wanted to mention how great the other neighboring exhibitors were! Ruth Legge and her awesome pet portraits (and her dog Sophie) (http://ruthlegge.com/), the lovely ladies for Vintage Glass who were super and had great products (http://www.vintageglassgifts.com) and Amiel from Amiel's Island Fire hot sauces, salsas and wing sauces, who was so helpful with his ideas about pricing, retail and wholesale marketing (http://www.spiceisnice.ca/). Enjoyed meeting all of you!

Awesome Time at Acadia Craft Show!

Wow, what a whirl wind :) Tomorrow is the last day of the Acadia Christmas Craft Fair and it has been a blast. Meeting so many people who love their pets as much as I do it just exhilarating. And, having them love the products is a bonus! We debuted a few things, as well. We had three awesome new collar displays made by a great custom wood worker artisan in Canning, Nova Scotia. Jim, thank you so much. I love them. (And, thank you to Niki, your lovely wife and my dear friend, who came and helped out today!)

I also developed three new biscuits -- Cheesie Bits and Bites, Apple Oat Cinnamon Munchers (wheat free) and Banana Sparkles (wheat free) -- and I will be sold out of the cheesies tomorrow! Today we sold out of the Peanut Butter 'Chocolate Chip' Bones and will sell out of the Peanut Butter Training BIts and Bites, too. Thank you to everyone who bought them! I know your dogs will love them.

We also debuted our cat collars and have none left. They are crazy little critters to make so we're unsure about where to go with them but think we'll be making some more since I just got some cool new trims in 3/8" that will be precious on our new pastal colored webbings. So, stay tuned.

Heading into tomorrow, our inventory in all sizes is pretty low. So, not sure what Sundsy will bring...but definitely looking forward to it!

Thanks again everyone! So pleased with the response!

Some Izzie Bean Friends!

Mitzy is a terrific 2-year-old miniature poodle from Berwick, Nova Scotia! She is rocking a mini Edelweiss collar :) Thanks to Gail and Michael for sharing.

Cooper is enjoying a little nap in his Brown and Blue Dot Izzie Bean Collar. He is an awesome Golden Retreiver owned by Sarah and JP in Truro, NS!
